Current River Canoe Rental offers Canoe, kayak and tube trips on Missouri's crystal clear Current River.

The Current River was the first river in America to become a National Riverway.  We invite you to see Ozark National Scenic Riverways and float the Current River with us.  Most spring-fed of all the Ozark Rivers, the Current may be floated any time of the year.  There are many caves and large springs along the river with excellent gravel bars for overnight floaters.

The Current River is an easy - medium river.  It is classified as a Class I, occasionally as a Class II river. Average gradient is 4.4 feet per mile.  Comfortable canoeing speed is 3 to 3 ½ miles per hour.  Upper Current water temperature is approximately 60 degrees.  The Current River provides a perfect canoeing adventure for both experienced and inexperienced paddlers.

Come see the beauty of the Ozarks and enjoy one of the most

scenic float trips in the nation!
